44-4 Records, a division of Penny's Gang Records is an innovative, multi-genre, mainstream independent record company with distribution through Fontana.

To accomplish the label's new set of operating procedures, owner Penny McCoy has brought in a team with extraordinary levels of experience. Thirty-year industry veteran Jeffrey Weber, who is the architect of the new business model the label is employing, now leads the label. Joining Weber are two industry stalwarts with decades of experience. Nancy Galdo is Senior Vice President of Operations, and Peggy Dold is Senior Vice President of Marketing.

44-4's creation has touched all aspects of a label from its back-end infrastructure to production.
